General Salon Information

(The boring bit...)

*As a courtesy, we please ask that you contact us at least 24hoursor o in advance if you wish to reschedule, cancel or amend your appointment.                  

*No shows and on the day cancellations will incur 50% charge of reserved services.

*When booking your appointment please will you inform us of any health conditions such as heart conditions, diabetes, epilepsy, allergies, pregnancy etc. As this may contra-indicate your treatment.

*If you are a new client, please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to allow time to complete a consultation form.

*Unfortunately, due to the nature of the bookings; late arrivals may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled; full payment will still be charged.

*Children between the ages of 12-16 need to be accompanied by an adult, limited treatments available.

*Please be aware that due to health and safety reasons and noise pollution, we cannot allow children under the age of 5 or dogs in the salon.

*Privacy and relationships are extremely important to us, so please be assured that no information is shared with any third parties.

*Prices and treatments are correct as of 09/04/24 and are subject to change without prior notice.

Vouchers, loyalty cards & offers.

*Vouchers can be purchased from the salon either in person or over the phone, These can be made out to any amount but cannot be redeemed for monetary value. If a voucher is required to be posted, then there is a £1 charge which needs to be paid at the time of voucher purchase. Vouchers can be used on separate occasions to use up the total amount as long as this does not exceed the expiration date. Vouches cannot be used against promotional offers or when a loyalty discount has been applied. We currently only offer physical vouchers and not online/e-vouchers so please take this into account when wanting to buy for someone by a certain date.

*Loyalty cards are given to clients following their first treatment visit to the salon. Cards are per person and stamps are not transferrable from one person to another. If you are buying a voucher or paying for another persons treatment then the loyalty stamp will be collected by the one having the treatment on the day it is carried out. Loyalty card discount is to be used on the total treatment amount in one visit, this excludes products, bridal makeup and sunbed minutes. Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount or when a voucher is used for payment.

*Offers are decided by management and are sporadic throughout the year. Management holds the right to shorten or extend offers without prior notice. Offers cannot be redeemed alongside any other promotion or discount.
